Mountain elegance blends with rustic luxury at Diamond Creek Lodge. Upon entering the Laurel Ridge gated community, you will find Diamond Creek Lodge tucked away on the side of the mountain. Arriving at Diamond Creek Lodge makes a lasting first impression with the paved driveway and spacious parking area beside the covered front entrance. Laurel Creek offers seclusion yet is conveniently located just outside Boone, near Valle Crucis, and close to Blowing Rock (about 12 miles) and Banner Elk (about 13 miles). Hiking, fishing, golf, sledding, shopping, great restaurants, and more are near this central location.
Diamond Creek Lodge offers beautiful open mountain views, sunsets, and sophistication inside and out. Hickory hardwood floors on all three levels boast must-see, one-of-a-kind, custom-crafted artistic inlays. The main floor has a stacked stone wood-burning fireplace and mounted flat-screen TV surrounded with luxury leather furniture. The gourmet kitchen beside the dining area has a sizeable custom-built farmhouse table with bench seating and king and queen chairs at the heads of the table. The lower level features a second living room with a gas fireplace, TV, a pool table, and a wet bar. The wrap-around deck with beautiful wood furniture includes a covered outdoor dining table and a gas log fireplace. The constantly flowing water feature creates a soothing background for relaxing on the deck. There is a hot tub overlooking the views off the lower level and a kid's swing to enjoy the mountain air.
The main level's luxurious king master suite has deck access, a TV, and a large private bathroom. Upstairs, guests will find a spacious loft with comfortable seating for reading, playing games, or drafting notes at the writing desk overlooking the mountain view. The loft couch converts to a queen sleeper for additional sleeping space. The Aspen Room with an Aspen log bed is located upstairs with an ensuite bathroom. The Lumberjack Room, featuring a Barn Wood bed, also has an ensuite bathroom upstairs. Downstairs, guests will enjoy a king bed in the Chalet Alpine Room and a bunk room sharing a full downstairs bathroom.
Enjoy a game of cornhole on the deck or relax and converse in the living areas, which include TVs offering live Hulu viewing options. Sunsets by the fire pit will create a stunning backdrop to the memories made with family and friends. There is wifi and central heating and air conditioning. Summary: This house was just perfect for my family (with young adult children) to meet up for a summer vacation. The house had everything we needed and was spotless! While there were plenty of things to do in the area, we also enjoyed just hanging out and enjoying the house, cooking meals, playing pool, making smores and enjoying the views and nature! It is an easy drive to Boone and Blowing Rock for dinner. Banner Elk is not far but the roads are a bit scarier at night.

Summary: Perfect property for a couple of large families full of teenagers. Lots of room to spread out. Easy to get in and out of Boone.

Summary: First time in NC and at this Lodge. It was just perfect and we couldn't find anything that we needed that wasn't on hand. Top notch from the kitchen to the outside patio. We could not have asked for more except to be able to stay longer We will highly recommend this place

Summary: I can’t begin to explain how fabulous this home truly is- from The creek as you walk into the house, to the surrounding porch with tons of rocking chairs , to the most gorgeous views, and you haven’t even gone inside yet - you walk in to a super high ceiling open concept living , dining, kitchen ( we had Thanksgiving here for 11 people and we all fit at the gorgeous long wood table,- the kitchen fully equipped / even had a meat thermometer! Next you go upstairs where there is a sitting room with majestic views with a desk and sleep away couch and game table for 4 , fully stocked with checkers, poker, jenga, a library and other games , two large bedrooms with their own bathrooms complete the upstairs then as if all this wasn’t enough there is a lower level that is a living room , a bar and a pool table , two more rooms with a shared bathroom and the living Room with access outdoors to the playground and hot tub - The house is decorated upscale cabin and should be in a magazine of how beautifully done it all is ! The owners were amazing and the check in process super easy - We were here 5 days - 4 nights I had plans for everyday but I can tell you we literally never left the house there was so much to do that you didn’t need to leave !!! We were a group of 5 most nights but 11 people during the day ( my brother lives nearby so he stayed at his home at night) and there was truly never a dull moment - this was the most amazing place to stay with gorgeous views ! When we drove up it was getting to dusk and we said Omg we hope it’s that house at the top of the mountain at it was !!! Truly breathtaking !!
